đ Scoring System Overview
Evaluation Period
Semester 1
The scoring system adapts based on school type (SMP only,
SMP+SMA) and curriculum (Cambridge/Non-Cambridge). Cambridge
schools are evaluated on additional criteria (16% weight), with
points redistributed proportionally for non-Cambridge schools.
Below is the complete breakdown of all 21 evaluation criteria.
Each criterion shows its weight, description, calculation method,
and target performance level. Click on any criterion during your
principals meeting to explain scoring methodology.

department meeting dates. Schools are expected to maintain
