As a School Principal, you have a group of pages in the Appraisal, EASE and Cross-cutting menus. They cover how your school is doing, your own coaching and development, your school's AI readiness, and the students enrolling into the Students Hub. This page explains each one in plain English. New words are in Section 7 — Glossary.
It is easier to remember six pages as three small groups. Here they are.
- School Self-Appraisal
- My Coaching (your own)
- Teacher AI Self-Assessments
- AI Maturity Assessment
- Student Roster
- School Assessment
Each card tells you four things: what the page is, why we built it, what you will see, and what to do.
ES).- Your Foundation Rep cannot see this — coaching is a safe space, separate from appraisal.
- Only your coach / mentor writes here; you read.
- The ratings lock once you mark the profile as final — so finalise when you are ready. The profile is not validated by Eduversal or turned into a School Appraisal rating.
This is the single most important idea behind your pages. Once you understand it, everything else makes sense.
These keep your school's data safe and your coaching private.
These pages are your entry-and-review tools. A few other places help you lead day to day.
Short, plain meanings for the terms that show up most often in your pages.
