This is where you add evidence of a leadership competency at a level. An Eduversal reviewer reads every submission before the level shows on your Learning Path. It is a developmental record: it is not formal appraisal evidence, a promotion step or a certification.
- Pick the competency + level (Awareness / Practitioner / Advanced / Lead) you want to claim
- Write a short story (≥80 chars) about what you actually did — initiative led, decision made, outcome observed — attach a file if it helps
- Track the status next to your submission: Pending waiting for review · Under Review the reviewer has opened it · Approved lands on your Learning Path · Revise & Resubmit the reviewer left a note
