Anonymous all-round feedback on the Principal
Read the feedback gathered from three groups — staff (60% of F3), parent representatives (25%) and student-council representatives (15%). You see group averages only, never who said what.
- Two cycles a year — the mid-year cycle is formative feedback only; the late-year / year-end cycle is the official F3 evidence
- Respondents answer anonymously — no name is ever stored
- The principal and the primary appraiser read the patterns here — the appraiser uses the year-end result for F3

A group's results stay hidden until 5+ people answer. Never try to guess who said what. No 360 score is shared with the Foundation Representative / General Manager or the yayasan — they receive only the appraisal summary.
