The once-a-year Principal Appraisal
The Chief Academic Officer / designated Academic Director (Eduversal) is the primary appraiser: they review the F1–F5 evidence, write the record and sign it off. The Foundation Representative / General Manager co-reviews for fairness and co-signs the summary only. The principal reads their own record after sign-off and can add a reflection.
- Confirm the set-up — the level (Developing, Proficient or Lead), the formal launch date, two valid F2 visits (Sept–Oct and Feb–Apr), the year-end 360 and F5
- Rate and write — no composite, band or recommendation appears until F5 is complete and two valid F2 records exist
- Sign off — the record locks; the FR/GM and the yayasan receive only the composite, band, recommendation and agreed goals

Year 1 is protected Principal Induction — no appraisal. Coaching records never feed the appraisal, and a signed-off appraisal cannot be changed.
