Launch hub for the Principal Appraisal
Pick a principal, then open the right record with that principal already selected. What you can open depends on your role in the appraisal (Principal Appraisal: Handbook 26-27 §7, §13).
- Primary appraiser (Chief Academic Officer / designated Academic Director) — record the observation visits, write and sign off the annual appraisal, read the 360
- Foundation Representative / General Manager — open the signed-off summary (composite, band, recommendation, agreed goals) for principals at your school and co-sign it
- Year 1 — a principal in their protected induction year is not appraised
